I am thrilled to return to directing live events as the Culinary Creative Director of Electric Playhouse Las Vegas. With 24 years of experience as a television food executive and director—including a long tenure on Chopped—I’ve developed a unique ability to blend culinary innovation with immersive storytelling. My career has been dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what food can be, creating experiences that engage not just the taste buds, but all the senses.​

In my role at Electric Playhouse, I craft immersive dining experiences that transcend traditional meal service. For me, dining is about creating a feeling—a narrative that unfolds with each bite, each course, and each moment spent in the experience. It's about engaging people on a deeper level, creating memories that stay with them long after they've left the table.

One of my signature productions, Teatime Wonderland, is a perfect example of this philosophy. I curated this whimsical afternoon tea experience to invite guests to journey down the rabbit hole with Alice, where every element—from the food to the environment—was designed to immerse them in a magical, otherworldly adventure. With three immersive dining rooms and over 10,000 square feet of space at Electric Playhouse, I’m able to create truly one-of-a-kind experiences that engage all the senses and transport guests to an entirely new world.​

Whether it’s a playful tea party, a spine-chilling Halloween dinner, or any other immersive dining event, my goal as a Culinary Producer is to craft experiences beyond traditional dining. It’s about creating moments where food, storytelling, and atmosphere come together to form something that’s not just memorable—but transformative.
